The Role

As a self‑employed, commission‑only Estate Agent, you will:

• Generate your own listings: Prospect locally, network, and convert leads.
• Manage full sale cycles: From valuation through to completion.
• Offer best‑in‑class service: Guide sellers and buyers with your expert knowledge.

Please note: This is commission‑only—there is no base salary. The more you sell, the more you earn.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in residential sales within the Brighton & Hove area
• Self‑motivated
• Excellent communicator with a client‑first attitude
• Ability to manage your own time and pipeline independently
