You’d struggle to find any Estate Agent as dedicated, loyal, motivated and caring as Russell. We had a long drawn out process with many difficult twists and turns while selling the house we’d been in over 20 years and an extremely complicated chain. Russell was absolutely fantastic in helping my mum buy her retirement flat. From the very beginning, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly patient, especially during some of the more stressful moments of the process. Buying a property later in life can be daunting, but Russell’s calm approach and constant reassurance made all the difference.

My experience with Chill Homes and in particular Russell has been overwhelmingly positive. As a first time buyer, I went into the process with a fairly high level of uncertainty (and anxiety) about what to expect.

It was therefore a considerable relief to find that the vendor’s estate agent was friendly and down to earth, as well as being professional and very responsive (both via WhatsApp and calls). Russell has been fab at providing regular, proactive updates as well giving prompts/nudges to help keep the process moving forward.
